We start from scratch as Legacy Contractor Services will design your very own house plan (no cookie-cutter floor plans here). We will then follow through building your house from the ground up, building much of it ourselves and overseeing all other subcontractors along the way. If you're not ready to build a home quite yet, we also enjoy performing customized work in both residential and small business settings.
