Justin Stuit, owner of Legacy Contractor Services, LLC, has over 18 years of experience in the construction industry being involved in every stage of the building process. After earning his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, he worked in the field for five more years to master his contractor skills. Justin then went on to earn his Master’s Degree in Project Management. This degree further taught Justin how to manage projects with even the smallest of details that are often overlooked. Combined with his past work experience, Legacy Contractor Services ensures quality work, customized for you, within budget, and on schedule.

Justin is a licensed and insured Class C General Contractor in Kansas City. Justin is certified as a Project Management Professional by Project Management Institute, Construction Risk & Insurance Specialist by International Risk Management Institute, and received his Six Sigma Black Belt by Aveta Business Institute. He also has taken the 30-hour OSHA training course. And to top it all off, Justin is proficient in SoftPlan Architectural House Design. So, instead of making you choose between five house plans and charging for adjustments, we develop a floor plan based on your needs and desires.

Justin has successfully managed over $60 million worth of industrial, commercial, and residential projects throughout Iowa, Kansas, and Missouri. He now uses his hands-on experience to complete small- and large-scale renovations and new home construction, ranging in size from 100 to 5,000 square feet.
